Smoothie
(for the Non-eater)
 
   
Ingredients
Instructions
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit
1 banana



Nutritional info:  Even the most stubborn non eater will enjoy this concoction
Pour all items into blender and mix until smooth


Preparation time:   10 minutes
Number of servings: 3-4
Diet condition:   Non or poor eater
